𝑩𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒑 𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒍 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒑?

I say… why not both?

Whenever I travel, whether it’s for coaching a leadership team or speaking at a conference, I always carve out time to experience the place. Not just visit. Experience.

In Greece, I lingered over tea in a seaside café, watching the waves roll in like they had somewhere important to be.
In Ireland, I wandered cobbled streets in Tullamore, letting the music, mist, and stories of the locals wash over me like a long-lost lullaby.

Yes, I love my work. But I also believe in working with wonder and leaving room for curiosity, connection, and culture.

In my latest newsletter, I share why travel, especially the unscripted moments, has become one of my greatest teachers in life and leadership.
